FAQ 755: Registering Platform Failed – Device Driver Not Found

Question

I cannot register my platform in ControlDesk. One of the following error messages displays:

  • Registering platform failed. Device Driver not found.

  • Could not connect to BUS because the DSP Bus Device Driver is not installed.
