Aim of the Data Processing
Selection of suitable external applicants to fill an open position.

Legal Basis for the Data Processing
The processing of personal data is required for the purpose of recruitment according to Art. 88 of the GDPR in comparison to § 26 section 1 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).

(Saving personal data beyond the current application process or forwarding the data to a third party requires the consent to the processing of personal data from the data subject according to Art. 6 section 1 point (a) of the GDPR, which meets the conditions for the consent according to Art. 7 sections 14 of the GDPR.

Categories of Recipients
Internal (Internal departments (Human Resources, the employees responsible for hiring the applicant)).
Before the work contract is closed, the applicant is checked against a current sanctions list.

Data Transfer to a Third Country
We have no intention to transfer data to a third country.

Additional Obligations to Provide Information

Duration for which Personal Data is Stored
6 months (application). (Erasure after 6 months (unless the data subject has consented to saving the data for a longer period of time). The retention period is 2 months according to § 21 section 5 AGG (German General Equal Treatment Act) plus a justifiable processing period).

Rights of the Data Subjects
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed (according to Art. 15 of the GDPR). This also includes the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 of the GDPR), erasure of personal data concerning (Art. 17 of the GDPR), and right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing personal data (Art. 18 section 1 of the GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data (Art. 21 of the GDPR) as well as a right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR)
